Why Cellarium exists.

Most recruitment is built around speed and volume. That works for some roles — it doesn't work for the ones that actually move a business.

We started Cellarium in 2009 with a simple idea: treat every search like it's the only one on the desk. Map the market properly. Vet every candidate in depth. Stay with the client through the first ninety days and beyond.

Fifteen years later, the model still holds. Most of our work comes from clients we've placed into once, twice, five times. New clients find us the same way — someone they trust told them to call.
